  • Participants only need to submit the registration form and their payment.

  • Wear comfortable clothes as we will be moving and stretching some (no yoga mat necessary).

    You may want to bring a notebook to take notes. Because we are hoping for an interactive and energetic experience, we prefer that you don’t bring a computer to take notes.

  • Yes. Thai Pop is located at street level and there is accessible parking on the street as well as in the 3rd Street parking ramp about a block away.

  • Sarah Hancock-Hall, a licensed therapist and certified sex therapist, and Kelly Amundson, a licensed occupational therapist and pelvic floor therapist.

  • Full attendance is encouraged for you to get the most out of the experience!

  • $300 for the 3-hour workshop.
